Open Job: Freelance Appointment Setter
Hey! I’m Andrea, the founder of VASetters.com, a VA firm specializing in serving fitness experts, and I’m looking for 2-3 freelancers who can work to answer social media DMs and bring prospects on social media (Facebook and Instagram) to a booked call. You’ll be given full training from us on how to generate great convos, and daily access to me. You’ll also learn how to carefully enter and track data from conversations with inbound and outbound leads using our processes and Clickup system.
This is a flexible, remote, work-from-home role where you’ll also be paid more based on the calls booked and sales earned from the work you do. In the end, this role will take up 3-5 hours per day once you’re fully trained on the process and scripts.
Work/Availability
To work in this role, you must have a smartphone and laptop and a consistent Wi-Fi or hotspot connection. You also must have experience freelancing and know how to manage your time independently.
Daily work includes DM outreach (i.e. going through the client’s friends and followers and sending outbound lead messages every day to encourage a phone call); then, when they’re ready, routing them to our Client’s calendar for a call. Your availability must be on-call where you’re watching threaded DM’s, keeping them going, and hopping in to converse with people and not letting messages ever sit past 12 hours at night, 1 hour max during the day.
The majority of the time, it’s all messages you’ll send through social media logged into our clients profiles (after training, you’ll work directly within the client’s facebook profile). This is an easy, fun role for a hustler not afraid of putting in the work and taking action. You’re primarily sending messages on social media with a goal of booking calls on our clients’ calendars. Your goal is engagement, rapport-building, and creating friendships. We aren’t hard closers or pushers, but rather create fun conversations; and we maintain a differentiation in that way. For example, you might be talking about summer and bikini season or the weather 🙂
Pay/Opportunity
Training: Your first day of training will be watching approximately two hours of training videos and practice/retain knowledge given; from there, watching the videos and training is not paid.
This role is for a freelancer that can manage their own schedule/tasks on a day-to-day basis, M-F daylight hours; and a proactive ability to hop on DM’s/engagement/track data as they come in. We are hiring ASAP for this role. You’ll work directly with me – Andrea – and our small core team in ClickUp, and receive orientation where you’ll study/read and learn, access to Clickup where we track our tasks and projects. We are looking for people who are willing to quickly learn and grow with VA Setters. 100% work from home.
Commitment
